Your information is used strictly for internal purposes such as providing support, billing, completing event registrations, dues payments, and organization communications. MAMS will not distribute or sell your information to a 3rd party, except as disclosed in this statement. Data will be retained for as long as the Data Controller (MAMS’s customer) deems necessary. If you withhold any personal data requested by the Data Controller, it may not be possible for you to gain access to certain parts of the MAMS system. When you submit information, you are transferring such information into the United States and you hereby consent to such transfer.
We collect email addresses from those who contact us via email, and ask for personal information such as your email address and name when you sign up for an account with MAMS. The information we collect is not distributed or sold to a 3rd party. It will only be used to communicate with you about your MAMS account, and where needed as part of certain MAMS features. If you withhold any personal data requested by MAMS, it may not be possible for you to gain access to certain parts of the MAMS system. You may update your account information at any time.
For statistical purposes, MAMS will gather certain information automatically and store it in log files. These log files contain standard information collected by web servers, such as client IP addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), operating system, etc. This information is only used internally, and is not distributed or sold to a 3rd party. MAMS collects personal data for the purpose of providing products and services to our customers. For example, MAMS may collect personal information on behalf of our customers for the purpose of assisting them in the management and operations of their organization.
